Well I just reinstall Windows XP and all got the drivers and all. I have got the Ethernet cable in says it is in and I can browse the internet using IE and Google Chrome. But I can't use the internet for programs it says when i'm trying to Activate Windows that it is Unable to establish a connection. So I tried to install Deamon Tools and every time I try to connect to the internet to sign up it will say the same thing and it wont even open IE or anything to fix it.
Oh here is the Message Number on the bottom left with the Activate Windows application when it can't find the internet. Message Number: 32777

Edit: I can't do updates to upgrade to SP3 =( Well when I can fix this problem then I can =)
