Hello: I have Winfax 10.0 and I havent used it in awhile because the last time I installed it, it didnt work with SBC's High Speed Internet service. Now I want to try it again since I need to do some faxing. Can anyone tell me how to make the two work together? I called SBC's Tech Support but they were more in the dark about the question than I was.
They told me to call Symantec.since they are the makers of the product but they are really hard to connect with. Either they're lines are always busy an/or they never get back to you.
Can anyone help me with this issue? Is there a way to have an internal fax program work with a High Speed Internet service?
Prior to HSI, I could use it with dial up but those days are long gone.
