I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado Ext. cab with Bose speakers and factory stereo. I am wanting to take out the factory stereo and put in a Panasonic cq-vx100u which plays cd's and dvd's. I also want to add 2 rockford fosgate p3 subs with an amp, but keep the bose speakers that came with my truck. What wire harness would I need in order to keep everything working the way it should? I was told it was a different wire harness that is more expensive, but I would like to know more information like model number or brand so I can look up prices online.
Thanks for the help.
The truck also has OnStar (which i do not use). I was told that because of the Bose speakers that are hooked up to an internal amp, and the OnStar are the reason for a different wire harness.

here you go i found this one on ebay which i think will work for you

Just find one that is made for your vehicle.

www.crutchfield.com is a good site to look.

They are very easy to use, no wire splicing or cutting required (except from your head unit to your wiring harness, just match the wire colors, they will be identical)
