I installed my Linksys Wireless-G router into my Dell Inspiron and I did the setup exactly how it was supposed to, but it tells me that it couldn't recognize the gateway or network. I did it exactly how it was supposed to, I kept my modem connected and the phone line is still connected. I did the steps perfectly.
P.S. I have Charter as my Internet Service Provider, and I believe I have the most basic Internet plan. The only difference between internet plans at Charter is just simply the internet speed and price.
I also checked with the help from Charter and it doesn't quite help me, so PLEASE help me out.
