We got broadband with sky £5 a month 40gb dowload limit, we use internet a lot for gaming on ps3 and still dont use it all. My mum had a 3 dongle it would not get enough signal to connect to the internet even though carphone warehouse advised it was the best for her area and she lives in a built up town not the countryside so think these shops just sell you what they get commission for. I know two people living in Cornwall with vodafone dongles and they dont work for either of them, unless ur in a city they seem to be useless and expensive id stick to a wireless router argos have some for £30 and an adaptor is £20
