Wiring a stereo for a mazada b3000 truck?

I have a mazada b3000 truck. i am in the middle of trying to put in a new stereo for it and i'm stuck. I have all the speaker wires hocked up correctly but i need some help with the ground wire. i do not know if it is suppost to be connected to what...etc.
If anyone can help please let me know.
