I just recently bought this car cheap for the gas mileage. I noticed after driving it a couple times that the dome light stays slightly lit while driving and if I turn the switch to off, it turns off the radio. There is an aftermarket radio in the car currently but I don't think that is the problem. Also, sometimes the radio and the light are off when I start the car and I can't turn them on. So I think the problem is a wire that is not quite connecting all the time. And someone must have tried to take power from an incorrect source and those wires are still crossed which is causing the dome light to operate the radio. The last thing is that there is not an accessory outlet in the car anymore. A previous owner took it out and used it's power supply to run an amp, or fog lights, or something. This add on is no longer in the vehicle, but there is no outlet either. I thought maybe it needs to complete the circuit or something. Does anyone know what wire could have been messed with to cause this. Also, where is this wire and how do I fix it?
