Iam moving into an apartment for when i go to college and it says he has wireless internet included with the rent so if i get a new laptop they should already have everything i need right to run off the his internet, i shouldn't`t need one of those Wireless cards if it`s a new laptop.. right.. please help me out guys i have no idea how this stuff works.

If your laptop is relatively new than you should have an internet card in it. Unless you got an older one off the internet or if for some reason it just is not included. Just try to log on, your card should find the signal and ask you if you want to connect.
