Wisconsin's Zak Showalter hits miraculous 3, celebrates with Aaron Rodgers' belt move

Zak Showalter hit a miraculous 3-pointer in Wisconsin’s Sweet 16 game against Florida that, at the time,*was the*most memorable shot of the NCAA tournament.
The Badgers came back from down eight in the final minutes, and Showalter, stumbling toward the 3-point line, leapt off one foot toward the rim and somehow tied the game:

Afterward, Showalter’s celebration was just as great. He was clearly aware*that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was sitting courtside. Showalter turned to Rodgers and did Rodgers’ signature belt move — also known as the*“discount double check” after it was featured in a popular commercial:

Rodgers didn’t go to Wisconsin, but has become a Badger fan during his time with the Packers. He’s been in the basketball team’s locker room after big wins in the past. He saw Showalter’s move, and saluted him on Twitter:
Showy…..unreal. Belt.

Florida’s Chris Chiozza, however, one-upped Showalter with an eerily similar running 3-pointer in overtime to win the game:
