...data to main computer via ? phoneline?? I had Majik jack and it didn't work with it. Not sure if vonage is the same. Thanks...nancy

Nope with Vonage you need the following requirement

1) Vonage device needs to be connected to a modem or to a router using ethernet cable
2) On the Vonage device you need to hook to a house or cordless phone
3) You need to have either DSL or cable internet with modem

Vonage can not be connected wirelessly.
