without gadgets and weapons and kryptonite, can batman still beat superman?

i keep hearing people saying that batman can beat any character in a fight, even superman. but the only reason he can beat anyone is with his gadgets and weapons. if he had none of those, he wouldnt stand a chance against super powered people. why are people always overrating him?
 
People are overrating him b/c he is just a regular person with high tech gadgets and anyone can become him with a good amount of wealth and intelligence. There are more similarity between us and Batman than us and Superman, that why people look up to Batman. And yeah Batman can't beat Superman even with the gadgets.

If he has no access to those things then of course he can't win. He maybe able to use his environment but that won't get him far unless he is in a weapons hangar or something.

But removing those things from Batman is like removing super powers from Superman.
 
To answer your question, no, of course he couldn't.

As for the first three people who answered, Batman has already taken down Superman before. Multiple times. Yes, it was with the help of Kryptonite, and gadgets, and various other convenient utilities, but the job was done. Your opinions do not equal fact, so stop making ridiculous statements like "Batman can't do that" when there are various sources pointing at the fact that it's been done already. Please refrain from arguing if you aren't knowledgeable on the subject.

Go read the Hush storyline.
Go read The Red Son, and any other comics where the two face off.

Each time, Batman remains victorious. Fact.
