Wjy won't my T-Mobile LG Android play videos online?

My T-Mobile LG Android will automatically download any online video, even when its supposed to just start playing after I click it.
Also my phone will not offer me any option to either play or download
 
I'm not certain on your model device but, check the settings to see if it needs changed. Also, im assuming you're speaking of YouTube, there are many settings within their website that you can customize.
What does confuse me as well as you is the fact it doesn't give you the option of watching (streaming) and/or downloading.
If all options fail, you may have to call customer service at LG then ask to be transferred to Technical support and describe the problem.
