Wld you get a greyhound as your pet?

We went to a fair and saw Greyhounddog Adoption Centre having a booth showing owners with their pets they adopted. We js fell in love with the way these dogs behave and thought that it wld make a great companion & playmate for our sheltie.

Do anyone of you hv greyhound as pets and wish to share with me your experience? Thanks.
 
I like big dogs, and I probably would get one of those Greyhounds if my MOM would let me.
