well i am 16 years old 180 lbs 5'9" i want to lose fat and gain musle.. i workout about 3-4 times a week.. my workout is 100 pushups and 100 bench press reps of about 110 pounds i dont have more weights...and i also take a met-rx whey protein shake for my post workout..question is what do you all recommend so i can get stronger and more muscular..also is it better to drink a protein shake or a creatine shake?
