Workout Question About Toning!?

Hellooo(: I'm 17 & weigh 111 right now. My weight changes between 110-115 constantly. It's always fluctuating. I'm really interested in toning my legs and my butt. I also just want to get rid of a little stomach fat. I don't want to lose any weight except for that. We have a YMCA where I live I'm just not that educated on what I should do to tone. Any ideas?
 
Small weight...alot of reps...lol. Thats how you build tone. :)...i work out like everyday and i gain muscle weight...ive gained 10 pounds in a month. So i wouldnt worry about losing weight. You can always adjust if you gain too much too.
