Hellooo
I'm 17 & weigh 111 right now. My weight changes between 110-115 constantly. It's always fluctuating. I'm really interested in toning my legs and my butt. I also just want to get rid of a little stomach fat. I don't want to lose any weight except for that. We have a YMCA where I live I'm just not that educated on what I should do to tone. Any ideas?
