WOrkout routine! HELPP!?

Ok, so i take ballet classes tuesdays and thursdays, and its hard work! but i want to go to the gym mondays and wednesdays and fridays to work on machines...

do u think its pushing me body to a limit?
cuz many ppl seem to think that!

and they told me that if i made me body work so much i am gonna have a backfire effect and my muscles are going to become very soft because they were forced to to much workout..

what do u think?

my gym routine is 15 minutes in the bycicle, and then machines (legs) and then abs!
