I really need to get back in shape and tone my body (and maybe lose a few pounds while i am at it!). What is a good workout routine for a 17 year old girl? I play tennis so I want to be in great shape by the season. Running? Eliptical? Help please!
It's easy. Just burn off more Caliories than you eat, try to count your intake. For a week. Record all that you eat. And then cut that in half. Then burn if off by running, 30 - 40 min in the morning then that again at night you'll be fit and toned in no time
