rather than completing an entire routine everday you could something smaller on your "off" days that would still be good for you but wouldnt tire you out like your other days. Many workout programs say to work out at least 3-5 days a week and i know P90X says to work out 6 days a week and have a rest day. I would suggest to start running or jogging on your off days for awhile and see if that clears ur urge for working out more.

Light workouts on off days, ( walking , biking, swimming)
then heavy strength or circuit training on other days.

Combine them

I would say work out 5-6 days a week. Do cardio each day and alternate body parts each day. Pick legs and abs one day and arms, chest and back the other. This way your mussels will have a days rest which is important if you work out hard. Make sure you are eating enough, maybe thats why you are so tired after you are done. Or if you go at nite, you could just be tired at that time from the days activities. I am never tired though after I workout. If i go at nite i cant sleep for hours after. maybe someone else will have better knowlege on why you would be so tired because you shouldnt be.

my bio room mate and weight training instructor informed me that yes, exercise should be every other day. one day for exercise, the next to let your muscles rest. it's great that your body isn't sore anymore, but it doesn't mean that it should be sore. n_n

now, just increase the difficulty of your workout. about 2 lbs for the upper body, 5 for the lower. that is, if you are using weights. if you are jogging, you can go increase the distance and the speed at which you do so.

by the way, congratz!

I would suggest you do your normal routine 4-6 times a week. So, on your off days you can do something like walk for 30 minutes, or something light but less time and less intensity then routine days. Hope this helps!
