could anyone give me a link to a site with free workout routines?
preferably split workouts!
 
Dude, spread your workouts. Power days, leg days, stamina/running days, etc. One day do push-ups, lift weights, etc. Then another day do power shrugs with weights, squatting, etc. be sure to eat as much protein as possible after workouts to build muscle!
