Rhode Island if commonwealths aren't an option. Puerto Rico pisses me off because they're happier to not be a state. That just seems like a slap in the face, so let's throw some bows at them.

Alright anyone who says any midwest state is stupid or does not eat. Without those "poor farmers" (btw price anything we use or the land we own and you will see we are not poor) you wouldnt eat anything. However I am from Michigan and trust me we are better off without it.
