Goats testicles sound sick to me.

I would opt for trying sheeps testicles; more commonly eaten in different cultures. Sheep are more mainstream and there are more of them. Never heard of goats testicles; this must be niche and a rarity, maybe appreciated to only a few. Why would anyone want to even think of eating goats testicles; whats the attraction?

Hahahahahah.....I suppose the word "mincer" can be taken a number of ways. Especially when talking about putting testicles in your mouth.
I meant that all the nasty stuff off an animal we eaten the nice stuff from should be literally minced up and fed to dogs and such.
So it's not waste.
