I am thinking about buying a 1999 audi a4 for about $3500.00, the guy says that that all i would have to fix is the whole 10 piece ball joint pieces, the parking brake and steering column coupier, I asked if i can test drive the car but he said it didint want to start. he said it was sitting in the garage for a year and said the fluids must have been sitting too long, so if i change the fluids it should start up fine, he said. does this sound right? the car is really nice and the body is mint.
