Well, that depends. If you've seen her looking at you before, like closely without loss of eye contact for even a second more than usual, than maybe she likes you.

However, if she seemed disinterested in you talking to her, well then, maybe she isn't. But I think she might be :) Talk to her!

when there is so much room in an area? i was typing a text when i felt something looking at me so i turned around and this girl was facing me. she was like an arm's length away real close. i had seen her earlier and she kept glancing at me. i could've sworn she wanted me to say something but she didn't seem thrilled so i wondered what she was looking at.
let me point out she was also really good looking. i'm not used t having girls like her be interested in me or i don't know they are anyway so that also made me doubt

No it doesn't mean that she is interested in u. The problem with guys is they sometimes read soo much into simple signs. There are a number of other reasons she wd have been looking at u like a) she cd have heard bt im not implying that she is not into and u yr self said that u were shocked by the attention she was giving u.
Just wait for other signals which are obvious before u can even conlcude
