Since he doesn't specifically say "And I am NOT making or populating other planets. Ever" 500 times, and said imaginary verse doesn't fit snugly into today's social climate, creationists wouldn't even blink if we found a race of tadpoles whose skin markings read "God is a big myth LOL"
Well, some sects will get thrown for a loop, but the rest will just twist their doctrine to fit and keep right on going. They don't exactly care about logic anyway.
Moses 1: 33
And worlds without number have I created; and I also created them for mine own purpose; and by the Son I created them, which is mine Only Begotten.
Nope. That is an argument from subtraction, which is a fallacy. I, for one, am a Christian and I believe there is likely intelligent life on other planets. Why not? Nothing in most organized religions even contends with this issue, because it is completely irrelevant to religion.
No, Buddhism, Hinduism and Mormonism have an alibi for that scenario... They believe in life on other planets... But for the Big two religions, it would be a disaster.
No because in the Book of Genesis says that He created everything. This includes all other life anywhere else in the Universe. Also, if we ever find intelligent life on other planets they will not be little green men. This is because God would have created them in His image just like we were.
which God is this ?
the God I believe in doesnt talk about any of this
and I am sure that with the size of the universe , it would be pretty weird not to have any other inhabited planets out there
