Would I be able to turn in my totally broken Samsung Moment for a Samsung Epic?

I had the Samsung Moment for a year & finally just 2 weeks ago after calling Sprint for a year straight they finally agreed to replace my 3 Samsung Moments for 3 Samsung Epics for $80 but they refused to switch it & eat the cost which infuriated me because we have been a customer for 10yrs!! yet they didn't want to replace broken phones.
At first they tried telling us we had to pay $199 per phone! but after a lot of aggravation I gave up when they said $80 (for all 3) so I stopped complaining but now I'm having issues with the Epic & it's only been a few weeks. It's REALLY REALLY slow & lags on hanging up calls, sometimes the screen freezes up. Some people like Samsung but it's just not for me I guess. So now I will have to try & do something about these phones as well.
