Ok, so I had mahi mahi last night for dinner, so would it be bad to have halibut tonight for dinner? And then would it be bad to have fish again next week? I love fish, but I don't like all the possible toxins that are in them.

Eat more fish! It is so good for you. North Americans as a rule do not eat nearly enough. Fish has some important Omegs 3 fatty acids that do not occour in any other foods than fish. 3 servings a week is recomended. As for toxins...fish is no more or less toxic than beef or chicken. Farmed animals are often fed antibiotics and growth hormones (ugh!) If you buy fish that is not farmed fish and if is is cooked properly it is one of the best things you can do for your body, your brain, your skin AND Omega 3 fatty acids help promote weight loss! (so the recent studies say)

Not at all. It's recommended to eat fish two or three times a week because they're filled with heart-healthy unsaturated fats and they're a great source of lean protein.
