No because at least somebody will be offended by the joke.
I am not a comedian, but at least i know that a huge part of comedy is exagerating a charateristic of someone or something. That will definetely piss off somebody at least that's for sure.
No! All humour will cause offence to someone. Loved Dave Allan and was sorry to hear he had died but even I found some of his religious jokes offencive. Perhaps it is fair that some offencive jokes are just a little to near the truth. I will agree that many are just offencive but some well even I can see where the reality is.
