Hi , i am looking for some help to start my own torrent website i have no HTML knowledge . I am a torrent addict and would like to open my own file sharing network . I have access to a lot of files and would like to share them .
i don't want to join a community i want to create one
 
There's nothing illegal about torrents, no reason for a ban.

But i do agree that you would be much better off joining 1 of the other open communities.
