I very rarely get to sleep before 3am (despite going to bed at a reasonable hour - usually about 11.30/12.00).
This isn't a symptom of the depression, it's because my room is always really bright and I cant sleep easily unless it's dark.
Could lack of sleep be aggravating the depression? Like, if i get sleeping pills could it help?
