Would the housing of a Motorola RAZR V3 fit on a Motorola RAZR V3m?

I wanted to buy the LCD Housing + Keypad Housing + Black keypad for my Motorola RAZR V3m but im not sure if it would fit.

It says that the housing fits for V3 and V3i.

I just wanna make sure if it will fit before even buying it.
