Would it be stealing if I used Supernaturals ((the tv show)) powers/ weaknesses for angels in my story? Not everythng! No. Just certain things. For example on the weaknesses, holy annointing oil can be used to trap a angel, like a pentagram can trap a demon. A enochian symbol in human blood can banish one. Enochian symbols can also hide you from them. A blade that can kill them.
I'm honestly not sure if these ideas were of their own creation or if they're commonly used.
My story has angels as a main thing in it, and I don't want them to be all powerful, so I'm trying to find physical weaknesses that can even the odds in a fight and similar things. But I havn't found anything else but what Supernatural lists.
So, would it be stealing if I did use them?
