week before the trip? we(my friend and i) decided to drive to a city that is 5 hours away. a week before the trip, my friend cancelled and did not say sorry or anything. she just said "i can't come on the trip". i asked why what happened and all she told me is "i will be busy with something else and i can't tell you".
i got upset that she could not tell me nicely or even say i am sorry i am cancelling, i hope you understand etc etc. when i showed that i was mad and i told her you should have told me earlier so i could have planned something else for the holidays, she accused me of only thinking of what i wanted and being inconsiderate.
would you be hurt as well?
