deliver good customer service;? you buy items from their Dine in for 2 offer for £10,plus a pizza for £5.49. You are charged £7.99. You keep trying to explain that it should come to £15.49 and not £17.99, but the assistant keeps repeating 'the pizza isn't included in the offer', and the idiot serving next to her keeps butting in and repeating it also, over and over again without taking it in that £10 + £5.49 = £15.49. They look at you like you are backward.The manager is called to take you over to the customer service desk where he discovers an item in the dine in for £10 offer has been scanned twice. No aplogy is given.
 
your problem was solved everyone makes mistakes at sometime so where is the problem
 
I certainly would complain. Write to Customer Services at Head Office.
