Well, I live in Korea and I bought my dogs from a pet store. They actually breed their own dogs. I have seen the conditions that they are bred in.
 
As cute as they may be, No, I know where they come from and I refuse to contribute to that.
 
Not knowing what I know about petstores.. I wouldn't support backyard breeding / puppymills for anything.
