i asked this to this senior girl in an instance which i really needed her cooperation, and she fell on her knees as she burst out laughing.
it drew allot of attention and made a bit of a scene, i fail to see the humor behind it all,
 
its like asking her to hold ur ding dong--or she was mentally unstable then it could have ment many things to her.
 
Hahaha, you asked a girl to hold your 'pencil', no wonder she fell about laughing...!
 
oh, your a guy and she's a girl. I think she meant that the pencil is your "ehem." so, yeah. But she's kinda rude. she just embarrassed you in front of everyone by laughing at you like dat. hope your okay with that.

or maybe it just triggered her memory of some jokes she had witH her friends about a pencil.
