Would You pick a brand new SCION TC or a used ACURA TL ?

I wana buy a car. Im thinking about a brand new SCION TC or a used ACURA TL ( I cant affor brand new TL ). SO check out this picture i made :

Tell me which one should you go for ?

I would pick the TL but what if it brake down. its used. you never know plus it cost more gas
I would pick the TC but new car + 2 doors couple = expensive insurance

idk that's a hard one i think both are nice cars but i would get the tl its faster then the tc
