Would you say that handheld gaming is dying?

There's lots of reasons why. The Vita is struggling to move any units, some games are simply ports from their console counterparts, 3DS sales are declining, smart phones are becoming more powerful for gaming, would you rather keep a smart phone in your pocket or a handheld? I haven't owned a handheld since the Gameboy Advance SP since I was 12 and have no interest to own another one in the future. What's your opinion?

iOS, Android games are on the rise so I wouldn't necessarily say it's dying. Seems people are losing interest in the PS Vita and Nintendo DS because of the up rise in the tablet market.
