Would you say Toyota ripped off Honda's commercial?

I've been seeing the Honda commercials with "Mr. Opportunity" for a while now and his little saying at the end "The 2010 Honda Clearance. It's the only thing from Honda that won't last." And today right after seeing that commercial, I saw one for Toyota where they said something similar to "Unlike our toyotas, these sales won't last"
