I want to use GNC WELLbeING® be-BEAUTIFUL™ Hair, Skin & Nails Formula but im only 15 and want to know if it is ok for me to use it. I have very rough tight skin with ingrown hairs that leave many rough bumps on my arms and legs. My hair is fairly short and thin I want it to thicken and grow. My nails are fine though.
Please tell me what you think since this vitamin is for 18 and older.
