I have been waiting 2 days (almost 20 hours so far) for a Bell service technician to come to my house. I have never had to deal with such poor service! I have complained to Bell and posted this complaint on a complaints board, but what other avenues can I take. I am going to be cutting all my services with Bell after this issue is resolved but was wondering if anyone else had experiences dealing with Bell and their customer "service".
Really hate this company, wish I hadn't given them another chance with my home phone. Run, don't walk, away from them if you are deciding which phone company/internet/digital cable/mobile phone carrier to use. On the complaints board there are almost 23 pages devoted to their poor idea of customer service. They get you in the door but treat you shabbily once your in!!!!!
