xbox 360 and Blu Ray?

So since toshiba lost out against Sony with the HD DVD vs Blu Ray and Microsoft backing HD DVD will that mean that Microsoft will now release a Blu Ray addon player for the Xbox 360?
 
no they'll just do the downloads, that way they wont put any money in sonys pockets
