xbox 360 legendary maps problem?

i had legendary maps on an old account on an old xbox. the account ran out but i would still use the maps fine. i got a new xbox and put the old harddrive in the new xbox. the old account is still on the xbox but has no months. i can not use the maps on the account that i could use before on my old xbox. how can i get the maps working on the account without paying when i have already bought them.
