Yahoo chat & mobil feature really bothers me with all the pop up messages on

my screen. How do I eradicate it? That new feature where a pop up menu from your email screen comes up is really awful. I can't stand it. I can't stand that strangers are now sendng me messages and I can't find settings to block messages from people that are not on my list.
