2. It makes your body flexible.
3. Yoga helps prevent the build up of lactic acid in people who regularly do aerobic and weight training.
4. It is good to do for weight loss.
5. It increases your metabolism.
6. It's a stress lifter.
7. It makes you energetic and your goes good.

Agree with your post and like to add yoga helps in breathing better and improves memory. Yoga stable autonomic nervous system balance, lowers high blood pressure and reduce the risk of depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer.
 
Yoga is really helpful for our health it has a lot of advantages to health.Yoga make the body flexible and strong.It make the breathing system correct.It take the useful nutrients in our body that help our body.It make the body stamina.Yoga make our mind and body relax and fresh all the time.It make away the stress far away from us and made our mind eligible for think positively and up to the mark.It make save our body from harmful diseases like heart,liver and stomach problems.
 
Yoga is a a good exercise plan for the physical fitness and mental relaxation.
I plays an important role to improve the body strength, stamina, and fitness level.
I is also mostly recommended to get rid of depression, stress, anxiety, and all mental disturbances.
