Yorkie with giardia, hypoglycemia, and kennel cough?

10.5 week y/o 1.3lbs. yorkie with giardia, hypoglycemia, and kennel cough. Took him to the vet to treat and has to stay over for 3 to 4 days. The vet calls the next day and says we can't treat the giardia, we got to let it run its course. I'm just looking to see what the odds of Bear(the yorkie) survival rate.
