Yahoo Answers limits users who are lower levels because they want to control the amount of spam and other malicious activities that occur on this site. Therefore, we have the daily limit.
The daily limits reset daily at midnight PST, which is 1AM MST, 2AM CST, and 3AM EST. Do not worry, you'll be allowed to answer questions soon
