Today I lost two friends-

Being doltish….
…lost in my iridescence…
Symptomatic….crazed
And dazed like the sun
Never
Shines.

Until I ravish our chime..
…and gleam through tunnels
Of uncanny words…
..where bats, not birds…
Sing songs of
…high pitched cry..
…abandonment
A last and final..
goodbye…

Schizophrenic..
and unpleasant
…Rusted sheen of once
...without aspiration glimmer.
But what I’ve got to deliver..
Wont even be
A diamond
In the rough…

Because I know..
..I’m not that good
Enough…
