I am looking for a cartoon I saw on You Tube a few years back. It was about a Grandma who was dying and she went to heaven and her family was very sad, but she could watch down on all of them form the stars in the sky. I remember it wasn't in English. I think it may have been in Swedish, but i'm not 100% sure.
