Your opinions on booking a vacation?

Where is your favorite place to book a vacation, and do you normally book flight, hotel, and car together or how else?
 
I book my vacations with my AAA travel agent which is free. She always finds us really good deals. I usually always book packages because in the end its usually cheaper that way, but I do compare both options first just in case it is cheaper to book them seperately. I have a lot of friends that use Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity that havent had any problems with them either.
