Zatch Bell anime and manga?

I watched the anime, and now I'm reading the manga.
I heard that season 1 and 2 were the same, I don't want to read what I've already seen.
I heard that the major differences start from Ch203, and that there are some minor differences from Ch163.

My question is, does anyone know what the differences are?
And are the minor differences worth reading? Or should I just skip to the major ones?
 
i think its not wort time to read something you seen because thes not going to be big difereces
